AI governance is moving from a concept to a business requirement. This 5-day ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer programme is designed to help you go beyond understanding the standard and actually build, implement and audit an AI Management System (AIMS).

 

Through a hands-on running case study, you’ll work through ISO 42001 from AI governance and risk assessment to implementation, internal audit and certification readiness.

You’ll also create practical, reusable AI governance and AIMS documentation, including an AI Policy, Risk Register, Impact Assessment, SoA, Audit Programme, Audit Checklist, CAPA Log and Management Review.

 

No coding is required. The programme focuses on governance, risk, implementation and responsible AI, making it relevant for GRC professionals, security and AI leaders, auditors, consultants and anyone responsible for AI governance.

 

The programme includes 4 days of instructor-led training followed by a final certification examination on Day 5, covering the complete training programme. By the end, you’ll have worked through a complete AIMS implementation and gained practical experience you can apply to your own organisation.
