Day 1: Build the Foundation
Begin with Cyber Resilience Fundamentals and the Prevent → Detect → Respond → Recover → Adapt framework. Learn Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk-Based Decision Making, then apply your knowledge in a hands-on exercise to identify critical assets and prioritize risks in a fictional company.
Day 2: Build & Test Resilience
Explore Incident Response, Business Continuity Planning, RTO/RPO, the Ransomware Lifecycle, and how to build a Cyber Resilience Program. Test your skills in a realistic Ransomware War Room Simulation, followed by Board Reporting, Cyber Resilience Maturity Assessment, and an interactive Q&A.

Who should attend this workshop?
This workshop is ideal for cybersecurity professionals, CISSP/CISM aspirants, IT managers, GRC professionals, risk managers, SOC analysts, security consultants, and anyone responsible for strengthening organizational cyber resilience.
Do I need prior experience in cybersecurity?
A basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts is recommended. The workshop is best suited for professionals with some exposure to information security, IT, or risk management.
Is this a CISSP certification course?
No. This is a practical workshop focused on cyber resilience. While many of the concepts align with topics covered in CISSP and CISM, the workshop is designed to build practical skills rather than prepare you for a certification exam.
Will there be hands-on activities?
Yes. The workshop includes practical exercises, group discussions, resilience assessments, and an incident response tabletop simulation to help you apply what you learn.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. All eligible participants will receive a Certificate of Participation with 6 CPE Credits after successfully attending the workshop.
Is this a live workshop? Will recordings be available?
Yes. This is a live, instructor-led workshop, allowing you to interact with the trainer, ask questions, and participate in discussions and hands-on activities. In addition, all registered participants will receive 1 year of access to the session recordings, so you can revisit the content anytime after the workshop.
